I began playing saxophone in 1980. My teachers over the years have included Angele Veltmejeer (London) and Mike McMullen (Dublin). I taught for seven years at Newpark Music Centre and have continued private teaching.
I play alto and soprano sax,
For me the sax has brought the more extrovert side of my personality to the fore! I love both full-on power and tender lyricism.
Lessons are adapted to each students musical direction and intention with an emphasis on good posture and relaxation, good technique
